There was a geriatric male driving one of your vans on 41 around 14:45 very recklessly. License plate CV 80068. He was speeding at an alarming rate and swerving between cars. He didn't use his turn signal and caused me to slam on my brakes and swerve onto the shoulder otherwise it would of been a bad accident because he merged with no warning. And there wasn't even space for the van in my lane. He didn't even acknowledge what happened just kept speeding away. No one should be driving like that especially at his age. Because of this experience this company is one I'll never use since it's unsettling that this man is behind the wheel.

On 8.23.23 we had a heat advisory it was 100 degrees outside even my son’s school canceled outside recess, I went to get my non-verbal son, that is strapped in the backseat with a safety harness off the van, first red flag was the van was old and smelled like gas, I open the door and the man has heat blasting on my son! His window is down so ik he knew the AC wasn’t working but yet he had heat blasting in my son no back windows down. My son has a 40 min + van ride, there was an heat advisory, and this driver not once checked to see why the van was hot, roll a window down, nothing! My son could have died! Then they had the nerve to send the same driver the next day after I requested them not 2 in a new van. A new van means nothing if the driver does not have common sense! Some of These drivers lack common sense and it’s sad because things like this shouldn’t be overlooked and top priority should be safety. Ask your district for a different company I wouldn’t trust this one….

Great company to work for. I enjoy my job as a driver. Company worked with me to fit my schedule and needs. Owner and management are very receptive to ideas and requests. If there have been any issues with vans I drive, they are addressed right away, usually fixed by next day. I've noticed the owner will go on runs which tells me he stays aware of issues employees may have. He always listens to comments or suggestions. All employees treat each other with respect and courtesy. If an issue arises for an employee during runs, management and other employees are quick to jump in and resolve.

You not let me work driver because I’m deaf. I used driver work from Amazon,Food delivery driver and Uber driver no problem. They’re gave me a paper for test drug and physical. I went to Pharmacy. She said you can’t pass physical because you can’t hear really. I told to her I can drive my own eyes and have looked mirror be safe no problem. I want to say to tell you all this very bad business. Have a nice day!!!!
