This is a late review. But someone recently asked me about this experience so I wanted to share as a warning. I had an awful experience with this company. They were rescheduled my move from a pack one day and load another day. To doing it all in one day. When they arrived late to my two bedroom townhouse there were only two workers. They were unable to complete the work in the schedule they told me. Causing me to reschedule other appointments I had for the day. They then did a terrible job with the packing. It took forever to sort out because there was no logic to the packing, and then once they arrived to the new home workers weren’t polite. The man who I spoke with to do the service was very nice and helped to fit me in. But everything else was a nightmare.

Had them move our belongings from Kissimmee to Fort Myers. The moving crew worked hard and did a great job. Great job for the price. Researched movers when I found Sam’s. Lower quotes had hidden fees. Found no good reviews on moving brokers. My move actual ended up UNDER the quoted price! Prices not unreasonable and you get professional movers not day laborers. Moving is one of the most difficult things any family could do. Let me explain the ways Sam's Express Moving made it so much easier. First they came out and did a great job estimating all our stuff, even before we we're packed up. he was able to determine how many boxes and how big of a truck to get.. They nailed the estimate exactly. The Day of the move they showed up at the exact minute they said they would be there. Everyone was very professional / polite / talkative / They identified my collector edition stuff and handled everything like it was their own. Our move was big and it took multiple days and multiple trucks. But during the 16+ hours of the move. Everyone showed an amazing hustle. The experience and expertise of the crew packed the truck with such care. Every piece of furniture / art / collectibles were wrapped and protected 100 times better than I could have ever done. They actually made the moving process somewhat enjoyable. I did use another company during this process to load up our small house onto a uhaul and the difference between the 2 companies were night and day. I regret not having Sam's do the small job. I thought saving the extra 200$ made sense, and in the long run it did not. If I had to do over again I'd only use Sam's express to do the move. Really was a pleasure to do buisness. They charge by the hour and each time we finished ahead of time I got a nice refund for the unused time. If you're looking for a moving company look no further.

I was very disappointed with them. Scott came to my house to give me an estimate. It took over 48 hours for somebody to get back with me. I was told that Scott was sick. But I don't care somebody else. Could have been in touch with me to let me no. When somebody buys finally in touch with me. The quote ended up being more than double. What I ended up paying with another company. I would love to say the name of the company that I ended up going with. But I know I can't, all I can tell you is. You should definitely shop around. There's a lot of companies that wanna try to take advantage of you and get rich off of something. This is one of those sort of companies.
