Samson power movers is by far the only moving company I’ve ever worked with that was completely professional diligent and highly courteous throughout the entire experience. They showed up ahead of schedule, they asked multiple questions throughout the move to make sure they provided the upmost customer service experience possible, and even helped move out heavy trash. Von and Alex are two of the most down-to-earth and professional gentlemen I’ve ever had a chance to meet and I wish nothing but the best for them. I definitely recommend this company 11 out of 10.

Samson Power Movers did an amazing job on our move! Von and Key were extremely professional and friendly and they treated our property with great respect and care while being efficient. Their rates are very reasonable and they did not require a deposit due to our close proximity to their headquarters. Samson himself was a delight to speak with on the phone and we're very happy to support a local business. We had the beginnings of a stressful hiring of another moving company that had unreasonable demands (paying the entire estimate upfront) and Samson Power Movers took all that stress away. Samson Power Movers was an absolute lifesaver! With my super hectic, last minute move, they were able to fit me in at short notice and move all my furniture super quick for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price than any other moving company. They let me change the day of my move two days before and fit me in first thing in the morning. Super communicative and the movers were very courteous. I’m incredibly grateful to them, they have been the least stressful part of my highly stressful move.

Samson Power Movers did a great job on moving two vending machines up two flights of stairs at the apartment complex. Their were swift in getting the job done in under and hour with no damages to the property or machines. Thank you again Samson Power Movers.

This was my first time using a moving company so I wanted to do a lot of research to ensure my furniture was safe. I called/texted around 10 different moving companies that could accommodate my move from a studio to a 1 bedroom with a 10 minutes distance that was reasonably priced. Samson Power Movers was very responsive and sent me all the information along with an emailed invoice that I needed to make a decision. Their process was explained fully and there were no questions that I had. I received a confirmation text when I booked and the movers called me the morning of the move to let me know how the day should run. The movers, Savon and Javon were the best part of the experience. They handled my furniture with so much care that you would have thought it was there’s. I packed up everything before they got there so it was really just loading and wrapping up certain furniture. Javon also made sure to update me on timing throughout the move. I was estimated for a 2 hour move but it exceeded to 3.5 hours. I wasn’t necessarily mad about that because both apartments had long hallways. Javon also took my bed apart and put it back together in the new apartment, which was an added bonus. Once in the new apartment, I asked them to just get everything in here, except the big items because I had to think through where I wanted things to be placed. There were only 2 things that I didn’t necessarily like: (1) the time for the move starts when the movers park; not after they get into the space, assess the apartment and come up with a game plan. That was a little weird to me bc the initial 2 hour quote was created from me providing my addresses and size of apartment. I would suggest asking customers to send pics of everything that needs to get moved so that the assessment is already done and when they get into the apartment to start moving, they are ready to go. (2) I would have also enjoyed a text or call or email follow-up from the company after my move to ask how everything went since I initially booked with a young lady who set everything up and not the two men who came to do the move. But overall, definitely will be using them again and referring them to my network. Again, Savon and Javon made the experience a lot less at ease for me and moved my things with so much care.
