Pure Moving has a perfect 5-star review on more than 1,000 reviews, and it deserves every one of them. We did the full-service move and it was worth every penny. Austin was super helpful in getting everything prepared and scheduled. And Vlad and his crew were efficient and worked super hard, and were careful with all of our belongings. 10 out of 10. I will use Pure Moving for all of my Bay Area moves!

Moving was amazing! Sasha and his crew did so well and we're happy with the efficiency that they did with our apartments we moved from SF to LA :D They were so kind to keep everything smooth and clean during our move and we're first time movers. at first we were worried because of the mixed reviews. Honestly, I don't know what the negative ones are on about because they were perfectly on time and efficient during the move they actually finished faster then we expected! 100% recommend don't mind the bad reviews on here cause those are false or just extremely picky to be honest.

Bill and Gena were PHENOMENAL!!! They had to power through two flights of stairs on the pick-up and 5 flights on the drop off, plus parking nightmares in Chinatown and homeless people sleeping in front of the building. And I have boxes of books and a king sized bed. They just powered through all of it in four hours - absolutely amazing!!! I would never have survived my move without them. And Jane in the office who helped with booking things was so kind and friendly and responsive, even on the day of the move. Would highly recommend this team and hopefully you can get Bill and Gena (though please move into a building with an elevator, and give them the break they deserve)!!!

We just completed our second move with Pure Moving, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free. The moving crew led by Max arrived right on time, ready to work. They were incredibly efficient, yet careful with every item they handled. Not a single scratch or dent! They took great care with all my belongings, wrapping furniture securely and handling fragile items with extra caution. They cleared our two-story 3 bed/2 bath in less than 3 hours. Once at the new place, the crew quickly unloaded everything and placed items exactly where I wanted them — completed in 1.5 hours. Moving can be stressful, but Pure Moving made it a smooth and pleasant experience. Their attention to detail, speed, and care were top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Highly recommend!

Zhenya, Semen and Alex were so great! They took care of all of my furniture so well (and there was a lot of it!) I have a really big desk that was hard to get through the doors and at one point I suggested we either just cut some of the legs off and reattach them later or leave it in the garage but they kept at it and found a way to get it into the room I wanted it in without having to cut anything off. They checked in frequently to make sure they had everything and about where things should go in my new place. The company was very communicative before the move and checked in after to make sure things went well. I appreciated communication through text rather than phone calls because I am a teacher and I can’t take calls during the work day. It was also the most affordable quote I got from 4 different places.
