Doctor is the only doctor for all the patients in hospital. After making appointment, she made me wait for 70 minutes in my first visit. Second visit was expected to be normal but again I waited for 60 minutes. They don't know the meaning of punctuality. . After waiting for so long, pateint already lost the mental temperament to ask any questions regarding her situation and pain she is feeling and that she needs to discuss with doctor. Interaction was also not good. Advices given by doctor doesn't seems much relevant and useful.

Extremely unprofessional in terms of scheduling and punctuality. She seems to think a patient’s time is just not valuable - shows up late even if you take the first appointment of the morning and if your appointment is later in the day, you have to wait for at least an hour. And they cancel your appointments randomly. She’s not a bad doctor but there are several other EXCELLENT doctors who respect your time in the Bay Area. Don’t waste your time!

I have been a patient of Dr. Phelps for years. She has guided me through my health and always made recommendations that are aligned with my personal preferences. She has a creative approach and really takes the whole person in consideration for medical advise.
