First and foremost, my experience with Camelot Movers was very positive and I would gladly request their services again in the future. I owe them a big thanks for helping make my moving experience out of my 1-bedroom apartment straightforward and stress-free (as much as any moving experience can be at least). Starting with booking, I was able to speak with Billy and Daniel directly over the phone to discuss their availability. I sent them a video and photos of my apartment so they were able to provide an accurate quote for the move. I worked with them to understand the delivery window and transport options (insurance, additional boxes, long-term storage if needed, delivery window). On move-out day, the movers arrived within the expected window and were able to move all my items out safely in a few hours. They worked efficiently, disassembled furniture where needed, and packed fragile items like lamps, my TV, and my framed items. Prior to the arrival of my items at my new location out-of-state, I again had great communication with the Camelot staff. The movers arrived at the expected time frame on the day and worked efficiently to move all my items into my new apartment as well as reassemble my furniture. All items were moved in within a couple of hours. I was incredibly pleased with the state of my items. I only had one small dent in the leg of a cheap lamp that I was specifically told ahead of time was a difficult item to transport safely without more padding. Everything else was in great shape! Finalizing the paperwork and payment was straightforward and I paid exactly what the agreed upon quote specified. Again, I would gladly work with Camelot Movers again and I will recommend them to my friends moving around or out of Los Angeles.

This is long overdue but finally settled after the move. Camelot Moving and Storage was nothing but amazing during our super stressful move from Los Angeles to Charlotte NC. They were super responsive, friendly, helpful, strategic, and so accommodating when we had to make a slight day change in delivery due to our rental not being ready. I love that they run their own trucks. They aren’t a broker or hire 3rd party trucks so you know your stuff is safe and in good hands. We had two teams for our move since it was cross country. Cross country alone is so stressful and we had so much to pack. The loading team had quite a few men and they were all super sweet and easy to work with. Not to mention so fast. They get in there and go go go… so you better be ready for them! I met the driver, Junior, and delivery team on the NC side and they were so kind. Again, very strategic and savvy for unloading and bringing pieces into the house. A couple troublesome pieces but they made it work. Also to add, they were very respectful and communicated very well. Best part … out of the whole very large truckload… only one leg on my daughter’s play chair broke. Everything else was in perfect condition. Very happy I went with Camelot!

My husband and I wish to thank Camelot Moving and Storage and the whole crew, Jacob, Jamal, Jose, Anthony and Tyler who loaded our belongings, moved and unloaded it. I had heard horror stories about other moving companies but I did my research and Camelot met all of the criteria. We were pleasantly surprised. The crew was professional, efficient and courteous. Camelot moving was incredible! So professional and thorough. They picked up our things in Colorado, stored it until we found a home in CA and moved it all.in as soon as we were ready! They even picked up a washer and dryer for us in the way! They put our bed together and not a single item was broken. Will definitely be using them whenever we move!!!
