This was my first time using this company. The people that collected my 2 boxes and drum, were very nice. Unlucky for me, once my stuff got to Santiago, I don't know where they stole my things. Either whoever inspected my boxes or the delivery people. They my frying pan and left the lids. Took 3 of 6 shampoos/conditions ect.. half of the boxes are gone. It's so unfair that I've worked to buy stuff to send for my families and for these people to decided to shop in my boxes. That's so unprofessional!!! 😔

The worse shipping company ever. For starters, they do not keep their appointments. They show up to your house whenever they want. When you asked why would they just show up, they give you an attitude. Then, they asked to pay them cash or via zelle. It's been two weeks after paying them that they continue to charge me and send me text claiming that I have a balance. I have proof of payment and some idiot on the phone confirmed that my payment was received, yet the refuse to send me proof of payment. Instead, they continue to bill me. Extremely unprofessional and thieves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

To the owner of this company you need to learn better on how to run your business. Hire professionals to answers calls they are doing a terrible job I am glad I got to see what your company was all about in 2 weeks trying to deal with them alone. I decided to go somewhere else good luck getting clients with that kind of service.
