I've worked for Sara Transport most of 14 years. Like many Trucking Jobs with a delivery component the work is not for the feeble minded or those physically lacking. Consistent effort as an employee earns respect. They are realists. They don't demand perfection, but like any other business respect must be reciprocated. Sometimes people leave on little or no notice and want to be rehired... That's not realistic. Others demand again and again to be given driving positions but are not qualified due to more stringent standards and driving histories enforced these days by insurance companies. In both circumstances, Sara management has no ability to appease such people, but they sometimes won't take "No" as an answer. I enjoy my work and believe that overall Sara Transport provides a very good service to all its customers.

It's an amazing company, fast growing, great crew, well organized, always on time, will get your delivery even in the middle of nowhere, in summer or in winter. I would say it's an example for others on the market. It's a standard of quality. Would definitely recommend it!

check their driver log books,check their driver training. They do not or will not pay for OR update PDT ,NO health benefits,over weight loads the norm,SYSTCO company looks the other way. Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with
