I had a nice time here for my boyfriend's birthday. It was a special day, but we were never acknowledged for it. The hostesses were too busy chatting with each other to greet us as we walked in. But once I said hi, they put a nice fake smile on for me. Our server Jason was a very friendly server, with great recommendations. He checked in on us several times, but not too many, which was nice. Everyone at the table ordered steaks, and all the streaks were all cooked perfectly. The plating was sloppy, which made the food look bad, and the plate seem dirty. The loaded baked potato was under dressed, and my boyfriend did not like his tiny scallops. Overall, they're was nothing bad enough to complain about, and still enjoyed the food.

Why only 2 stars? Wedge salad saved the day... and when a salad saves a steak restaurant.... well, it says a lot. Food: - Potato soup was served lukewarm - asked them to heat it up, and was charged for 2 portions. - ribeye steak was wiry and stringy - sirloin ordered rare - arrived simply COLD !!! Asked to heat it up, of course, but it ruined my experience. - dessert: Brownie was under baked, and tasted like a bad pudding. Whipped cream was fake whipping, tasted like plastic. Ice cream was just OK. What a disappointment. Service: - Waiters were not around, and with the structure of the restaurant, you cannot wave and get someone to notice you - and we needed it. Once we caught someone and asked for anything, we got it promptly, but the whole experience was lacking the expected attention. - for some reason, our table was not cleared after appetizers, or after we finished eating before the dessert arrived. I moved aside the dirty plates myself, which prompted a ''let me take these out of your way'', but I expected clearing to happen before. I noticed this at other tables too... is it the restaurant policy? - more water was not offerd, even though my glass was empty. What went well: - As I said, wedge salad was good - Extra bread, and one more for leftovers. Nice touch. - coconut shrimps were nice, came with orange jam sauce - onion soup was good I'll get my steak somewhere else.

Came for the food but especially to see if I could get the novelty shark drink!! It wasn’t on the menu but when I asked the server they did still have them, so maybe it’s just until they run out of sharks? Also got the kangaroo drink, which was frankly tastier lol (both were good!). Steak and seafood were all tasty and we had a great evening. Service was pretty slow on a Thurs evening but I think they were pretty busy!

The person who took my order was awesome. However, whoever prepared it was terrible. I ordered a blue cheese pecan chopped salad with blue cheese vinegarette and they gave me ranch dressing. I couldn't even eat it. I hate ranch. They gave us a smashed, stale piece of bread. They did not give us the raspberry sauce with our cheesecake. There were no potatoes in the potato soup. The whole meal was ruined. Never going back here again. I shouldn't have to dig through my bag and check everything just because I ordered to go. Very disappointed.

I'll be straight to the point. The server was magnificent and always around, and the food was i was expecting. I'm giving 3 stars because the hostess was terrible, with a long and mad face,not even saying hello,her hair was a total mess; to be honest, she locked like she had a hangover. Really bad attitude, and when she brought the bread to my table, she just tossed it and said, "That's your bread. "... We all have bad days, but the customer doesn't deserve this kind of service.
