Best experience I've had with Southwest! Newer plane, very comfortable . The nicest part was the crew. They were a "team" and provided a great experience. I had never seen them constantly ask I'd we needed more drinks, snacks, anything. They even came back through later offering water or coffee service unsolicited. I was impressed. Great job guys.

My first time flying southwest was interesting. You get what you pay for and southwest is cheap. The boarding style is weird and much slower in practice because of how people all use the same optimization strategy for finding a seat, effectively doing a lap around the plane. The takeoff was steep, my ears was popping like balloons, but we got there faster tho for sure.

My family and I enjoyed flying with Southwest airlines. I kind of like that there's no assigned seating but we were able to board with family boarding, also my daughter with a wheelchair was able to board at the beginning and with someone not by herself. 2 of our longest flights did not have wifi this was horrible and made the flight worse but nothing you can do. Your flight crew was nice and funny and the snacks and drinks were good too. Nothing really bad to say and yes I will fly again with Southwest airlines.
