Tropical transports was absolutely fantastic and we’ll be using them every time we visit! We went to Miami airport and they transported us to a hotel in downtown Miami for a cruise. They were extremely friendly, helpful and communicative. Not to mention their driving was great and I felt safe the whole time! We used them on the way back to the airport and they were just as great then too! They were so helpful with our toddler and we loved that they had car seats installed and ready for her! While in Miami, we took an Uber, taxi and tropical transports and wished we had them the whole time because the Uber and taxi felt unsafe. Overall a 10/10 can’t recommend enough. Thanks so much!!

Terrific service and amazing for families with small babies! Antoine was courteous and polite and always on time. We needed a Car Seat for our 16 month old and everything was prearranged and advanced and everything was on time. Planning to use them again. I recommend phoning them directly to set everything up as they are very helpful and clear on the phone. Thank you Antoine and we look forward to using you again next time we are in Fort Lauderdale with our son!

We booked 3 trips with Tropical Transport & Torus and each trip was perfect. We travelled as a party of 8, 4 Adult, 2 children and 2 babies. They supplied 3 car seats all age appropriate, both Anton and Ricardo were excellent, lifting all our bags, strollers etc into the trailer. Dropped us off exactly where we needed to be ontime and unloaded all without issue. We will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

I can’t even describe how much we enjoyed using Tropical Transports during our 10 night family vacation. We had 6 different trips to and from the airport, port Everglades, and various hotels in fort Lauderdale with our two young kids so I feel like an expert in giving this recommendation. Our drivers were Antoine and Tanesha. Both of them were a joy to be transported by. They were prompt and usually early for our pick up time. The car seat and booster seats were already installed and ready to be used. They were knowledgeable of the area and gave excellent recommendations for where to eat and explore. After leaving our 8 night cruise we watched others scramble around the port trying desperately to find their transportation and our family knew Tanesha was waiting for us in the correct spot. The vehicles we were driven in were extremely clean and safe. There’s zero chance we’d use a different company next time we travel to Florida. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!
