I cannot say enough good things about Scatman Movers. After speaking with another company who lied about what we had agreed upon, I called Scatman based on a friend's recommendation. Their price was more reasonable and they called to confirm a couple times before the day of the move. On moving day, they showed up on time and worked very efficiently. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!

I just want to rave about Scatman Moving! Unfortunately, I had to move last week and start back at work, since I’m a teacher. Fortunately, I hired the most amazing company to move me while I was at work. My retired mother stayed at my apt and she fell in love with the movers! She could remember all their names, but talked about Bauba (sorry if I misspelled). They made the stress of moving so much easier, especially since I wasn’t there. My mom said that she will recommend them to any and everyone she can. Carl called my mom (since I mentioned she would be the one there) two days prior to confirm the date and time. I’ve never had movers to do that. They were so mannerable and respectful and my mom felt as though they treated her like their own mother. They handled all of my things with love and care as if it were their own. They moved quickly and packed my storage unit efficiently! My only wish is that I would have been there to thank them myself! Thank you Scatman Moving! You definitely have a customer for life!

This moving company will eat the clock so you would spend more money. It took a team of three men to move my things in five hours (two beds, king and queen mattress sets only (no bedroom furniture), two TV stands, boxes, bags of items, dining room table set, sofa, computer desk, and half of my kitchen tools. My move was from one apartment to another within the same complex less than a mile away to make matters worst. I hired the company to move the larger things that I could not do for myself, and since I notice they spent a host of time (hours) on the larger items, I end up having them take just about everything else. The owner of the company spent more time arranging the truck than moving my things. The day before, I moved all of my clothing, shoes, some kitchen items, and a few other things in my Nissan ALTIMA, and it took way less time moving those things. (My final Cost ($562.00) I explain to the owner I was on a budget, and he went over anyway. The year before, I moved from Duluth and used 404 Movers, and they use two guys from the second floor, and they moved way more things, bulky items, plus the drive to Lithonia in less than our hours. ($550) (I had a garage and one-bedroom apartment- I lived in that apartment for 13 years... so image the stuff.
