Units has once again has done an incredible job! Communication and follow through on dropping off our container today was perfect. John the driver was super friendly and accommodating putting the container exactly where we asked him to place it even though he had to disengage and move the wheels and mini truck to opposites sides of the container in order to move it about two feet. He also put blocks under one side of the container to level it. Professional communication throughout the while process. People from both the main central office & local container storage office as well as the delivery and pickups driver have been efficient, personable, and eager to please while us letting us know what to expect. Container was sturdy and clean. Four straps they provided were plenty in a 16' container allowing us to partition space and prevent shifting. Everything stayed in place as the container was transported from FL to CA. We took a leisurely cross country drive across the country while UNITS stored our container. We changed pickup & drop off dates a couple of times without a hitch. Furniture came out of the container looking great when we finally arrived and so far we're not finding anything broken or crushed. Fragile antique furniture survived unscathed (movers we hired did a great job of wrapping and loading). All in all from start to finish, UNITS did a perfect job!!

Absolutely excellent customer service. They were able to set me up with a Unit delivery on short notice, to arrive the next day after another company I had scheduled canceled on the day of delivery. The delivery and placement went smoothly and the driver was able to get it in a narrow driveway right next to a car with ease! The unit is top notch with wide swing doors and is clean and nice inside. 5 stars!

I had the unit much longer than originally intended and when I got it back today was so impressed by how clean and organized everything still was. Part of that goes to my wife for her meticulous packing but it also shows that my unit was well taken care of when away. Everyone I’ve dealt with has also been really friendly and helpful. If I was ever going to do mobile storage again I’d choose Units!

We are moving using UNITs and a moving company I asked them to recommend and so far all has gone well. I've had 5 units dropped off and then picked up with no snags. We even requested the fifth unit as an additional in order to move our outdoor items we were originally not planning to store in UNITs. The drivers have been excellent and professional as well as friendly. The texts they send to notify you of deliver and pick up are extremely helpful and accurate. I hope the storage and then delivery of all our items in the UNITS goes as well on the other end of our move. My only concern with UNITs is the billing/charges have been a little confusing, but the office staff has been helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns.
