Overall excellent experience. Only issue was lack of communication from the driver. However, the vehicle was picked up and delivered quickly and in excellent condition for a very good price. I'll definitely use Forever West in the future.

Shipment took longer to schedule than estimate for total process. Shipment was subcontracted to another logistics company that did not understand the payment process - spent 20 minutes arguing with them on my driveway about how they would get payed for the shipment. Dispatcher at Forever was always quick to respond, and rates were competitive. Would consider again, but would shop around first.

It's important to understand the process involved in shipping a car cross country. Read tbe Forever West website carefully. All the details are there. This is a good company who seem to genuinely care anout their customers. Once I had educated myself about how things work, it all came together flawlessly.

They got my car from point A to point B without any damage. I wish there was a little tracker or something for status updates as I was nervous about somebody actually coming, but in the end it worked out and they picked up/dropped off my car on time.

There's not a better team in the transport business Allison went above and beyond to try and make the transaction smooth there was a little glitch no fault of Forever West and I spoke with Jack a real (American guy) who did absolutely everything he could to make it right these are people that care and put thete business and customers #1 !
