I received a message from this company and they told me that I needed to get in contact with a person that was my ex-husband and I haven’t seen him since 1980. They told me I needed to do this before the situation elevated. So I called them back, but I wasn’t able to talk to the person who had called me. So I called back the next day and I asked them who gave my name out who gave my information what is going i’m here. I don’t even know where this person is anymore. The only thing that they would tell me was that they have a system in which they can put somebody into it and come back with all the information on that person as far as past acquaintances past businesses and I said, how was that possible? Can you tell me exactly what site you used and all they could tell me was no you can find out anything you want about people on the Internet I tell you what I am devastated. I can’t quite figure out what to do about the situation, but I’m going to do something. This is down and outright harassment.

The guy that called me was very rude first off second they will lie to you guy tried tell me he had the contract in front of him and it was a mca then used threats to get me to pay which I am under representation and should of talked to lawyer first but I looked up contract and no where does it state mca it states small business loan so don't trust a word they say ever

I only dealt with this debt collection company briefly, over a couple of weeks, but the one person I spoke with and exchanged a few emails with - Brenda G. - probably won't last very long in the debt collection industry. Because she didn't seem like a completely horrible person, and she didn't shout and talk over me while we spoke on the phone. So, good job SCJ!
