Very good sales and service. The price was very reasonable. Car was transported from Phoenix, AZ to New Albany, IN. The sales team returned a quote quickly and answered my phone call immediately to verify all the details. The driver kept in contact during transportation to help ensure that a pickup sight was convenient for myself and still allowed the car carrier easy access. Call/text were made when the driver got in range to help make certain we met at the drop off time. Both sales and service communicated via email, text & phone. After the transaction was completed, the company reached out to make sure that everything went. First Class Treatment.

I contacted Scott’s Auto Carrier on a Saturday to transport a car from Arizona to New Jersey. Asked for the first available. They picked up my car at 8am the next day. The driver, Darnell was professional, very friendly and nice. Had the car in Jersey in 4 days in perfect condition. Kudos also to China, who got me the estimate and my order in quickly so my son could get his car. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

My vehicle was shipped from AZ to SC seamlessly. This company has perfected making a move like this be accomplished without a dent. hiccup, scratch nor flaw. Dani S. is knowledgeable, professional and kind. She communicates with you throughout the process and is the orchestrator. Khan Transportation and their driver MJ, supervisors: Tony & Dean were too professional and very accomodating. Don’t think twice about going with this company if you want your car shipped with no hidden fees. What I was quoted is what I paid. My vehicle was picked up on 7/22 and delivered on 7/24.🏁 The prices fluctuate according to the time of the year. I paid $225 deposit to broker and $1.2k to the driver. My car was shipped to a very rural area and this company made it happen. THANKS! I’ll be calling you when I need to ship “Betsy” back home.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Scott’s when shipping my car from AZ to MA. I had never shipped a car before and after finding so many negative reviews about car shipping experiences with other companies, I was extremely nervous. I worked with China and she was super helpful throughout the whole process. The only issue was that the driver couldn’t deliver the car directly to the address in MA. He was very communicative and worked to find a place close by to drop the car off. I think anyone should expect to be flexible when moving across the country, though.

I had my car shipped from Arizona to Michigan. Scott’s was easy to work with, their communication was great, and they were able to accommodate a last minute transport. Their prices are also reasonable. The only issue was the pick up time changed last minute….they were supposed to arrive between 5-7pm, but instead showed up at 9:30pm. That made it difficult out for me to do certain things since pick up time was extended. Other than this, they did a great job. I would recommend them for sure.
