Never EVER use this company. If you went through a moving broker and this is the company they contract refuse them. I'd steer clear of Metro Hop Relocation as well as they're the brokers who contract with this dumpster fire of a company. We relocated from WA to SD in May 2024. All of our things are covered in mold from their storage until late delivery, which is causing exacerbated health issues. They took furniture apart and lost the screws so it can't be put back together. Literally EVERY box marked fragile was crushed. This company will load your things, hike the prices, and hold your goods hostage and destroy your belongings. The items they packed were either damaged or flat out destroyed. Every box we open is a new nightmare... Keith K never returns calls, refuses to answer the phone and is beyond rude if you do speak to him. They don't even deserve the 1 star Google forces you to give just review these looting thieves.

Horrible experience. Stay far away from this company. Moved a small apartment's worth of items across country. It took forever for stuff to arrive and when it finally did, it was all broken, scuffed, chipped, soiled, moldy, and with pieces and parts missing. There's seriously only two pieces of furniture out of everything that's still usable and one of them is still scuffed. Dishes missing or broken, clothing and items wet and moldy, an entire couch cushion missing and the other torn apart so terribly that it looked like a dog used it as a chew toy at one point. But the couch came broken and unusable anyway so there's nothing to even use the cushions on to begin with. I can't believe that I paid for this "service".

Does anyone have a working number for them?? I moved a month ago and have tried so many numbers to scheduled the delivery and can't get ahold of anyone! Most numbers are disconnected or go to "direct TV" or "life alert"

I hired them in 2016, they gave me a quote and When they showed on the day of the move they jacked up the price when I had no option but to make the move and the crew leader was very rude. Quite few items on delivery were broken. I am planning the move again and just saw their name on google search and I think i should give them the review so customer be aware when choosing them

Horrible Experience They DESTROYED several of my items. Now that I’m trying to file an insurance claim, none of their published numbers work. I would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. They charged me fees that I was told we’re included in my quote too. What was supposed to cost me $3500, cost me $5800. They had my stuff on the truck BEFORE I was advised of any changes to the cost; clearly a tactic.
