Absolutely amazing experience moving my stuff from Minnesota to Seattle area. Quick shout out to Raven and Sarah who dropped off and picked up my POD - they were respectful, friendly, and fabulous with communication. The whole process was cost effective, the team was fabulous with communication, and I made last minute changes to my pick up and drop off and they were very accommodating. Highly highly recommend!

PODS is an excellent choice if you’re a fan of drivers who don’t pay attention and rip utility lines from the side of your home, then proceed to leave without apologizing (or saying anything, for that matter). Also great if you enjoy having a “customer advocacy specialist” do nothing except tell you to contact the utility company when you file a damage claim. Would give zero stars if it were an option.

PODS was great. I rented a 16 footer. The delivery, pickup and final delivery was very seamless, easy, professional, and convenient. PODS customer service was excellent. Everyone from the phone reps to the drivers treated me with respect and courtesy. Although the communications were mostly flawless, I did encounter one minor issue when PODS did not give me a window for delivery at the final destination the evening before (as they advertise). However, the driver, Raven called me first thing the next morning to ask if I was ready to receive the container. She was extremely nice and fit the container into a very tight space - go Raven! I found the PODS service to be very economical compared to full service movers. I definitely saved over 50%! It was also convenient and flexible with the pickups and deliveries. I ended up needing to store the POD for a week on either side while apartment hunting. You normally can't do this with a full-service provider. Lastly, I will just say that if moving to an apartment complex make sure you check if there is a place to put the POD. We got very lucky that our complex is brand new and only a few people have moved in. We were able to find some empty, unassigned parking spots for the container.

Very unhappy with the driver who delivered our pods today. He broke branches from our trees, one very significant branch. The other driver we had was very careful moving the branches to ensure none broke. We would prefer todays driver not return for pickup of the pods.

I had nothing but great experiences with PODS. We moved cross-country and were looking for a reasonably priced, trusted moving company. I used PODS before, so I went with them because of my experience and the correct cost of the move. They went out of their way to give me as many discounts they could, fine! ♥ Once we got to the Seattle area. Raven, our delivery person, double-checked the location for where to put the POD, but also how we want to face the opening! Loved that! She was super nice and very professional. Top-notch service. Thanks PODS for making our move one less stressful thing to worry about.
