They delivered for us as contractors for my iriginal carrier. They started playing all sorts of games. Not providing the certificate of insurance, and giving us many flimsy reasons on why they cannot bring the semi here. Finally when he delivered the driver Simbala Gassama(Calling himself Mike and Sega) came drunk, started shouting, snatched my phone and tried to hit me. I had to call the police to settle things. After that they were not much of a problem but they had lost a large chest, a cabinet, printer and benches. Also most items were scratched, torn and dirtied

I recently utilized sega transportation for a move from Connecticut to Oklahoma. The process with the salesman was great, I explained that it was a small amount of items that needed to be transported and he took the job without question. From that point on it was a disaster, pick up was 4 1/2 hours late. I talked to the drivers and they thought that the items would be going out on Monday for Oklahoma. On Monday I received an e-mail asking when I wanted the merchandise delivered and I responded with as soon as possible. When the items did not arrive at the end of the week I called and asked when the items were going to be delivered, the person responded that I needed to tell her when I wanted them delivered. I responded as soon as possible and she again responded when do I want the items delivered, I again said as soon as possible and she responded when? I told her as I had also responded to her e-mail that I wanted them delivered as soon as possible. She said she would call me the next week. I asked to speak to a supervisor on multiple occasions and was always told that there was no supervisor available. The following week I called and the same person told me that they still had not been delivered. She told me I had to talk to the dispatcher and gave me his number. Over the next 3 weeks I repeatedly called the dispatcher and he said it was a small amount of items to be delivered and he had no truck going to Oklahoma. I asked him why they took this job and he said they should not have. When we were approaching 21 days from pickup (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) I called and told them that they were going to be violating the law if the items were not delivered by that day. And a miracle happened and they were delivered. Of note the delivery driver had 3 deliveries that day in Oklahoma!!!! When my daughter unpacked the boxes there were 5 items (that were bubble-wrapped) smashed. This was the worst experience of my life!!!!!!!!!! If I could give them less then one star I would.

This mover is bad. Please do not use them. I will write a complaint to Better Business Bureau if the dispatcher did not respond to my text by end of the day 8/29/2016. I have not received my stuff since 21 July 2016. I send text message to the dispatcher daily and receive no concrete detail on when I will receive my belongings. After receiving my deposit of $500 in June 2016, this company called up on 22 July 2016 and said they do not want this deal when I was on my way to my new job. They showed up reluctantly on 23 July 2016 evening.

This company is a fraud. They took deposit from me, even though they convinced me they're not gonna charge my card and now i try to get my deposit back within 6 day prior move and they don't want to give me my money back, in moving estimate it said "Any move cancelled prior to 5 business days to the ORIGINAL date of the move, a full refund will be provided." I received a moving estimate from guy named Mike and than called the next day to cancel it and i asked for Mike, they connected me to the guy who named himself Mike, i said, I cancelling the move and asked if deposit is refundable and he said, "yeah sure". My money have still not being refunded, i tried to call them, asked for Mike and they said that Mike have been off for a few days that it's impossible that i spoke to him even though his name is on the moving estimate. Never have seen anything like this.

I'm still on the phone with the guy Khalid after well over an hour. The company quoted one price over the phone for a small studio apartment and changed the price along the way to setting up the move. The movers showed up 5 hours early. They were originally supposed to be here at 3pm . The movers showed up at 10 Am which our box packing time was set aside for 11-1 so we could properly pack our boxes. Now they loaded the boxes and they are hurried into a packing box. Now our move is 2Xs what it was originally quoted. Had we been able to pack properly it would have been under sized. They offered to compensate 66 dollars which is a smack in the face in my opinion. I will be contacting the BBB and the DOT
