Hi I lived at a property rental in Richmond, CA with my family for almost 7 years. Tim Browne who is the manager was always very attentive to all our property needs and questions. I rented a 1BR apartment in San Leandro for 4 years. They offered an affordable unit, in a safe area, with prompt service. Any time we had an issue with our unit (heater, pests, clogging, tree trimming, etc.) they handled it timely and communicated well. When we decided it was time to move to a larger and more up to date home, we first checked Selbourne Properties listing because there services are that good. The only thing to keep in mind as a prospective tenant, is that there amenities and buildings can lean on the older side. That's why rent might be cheaper than the surrounding area. Shout out to Tim!
