The whole experience was a nightmare. Moved from NC to NY. My furniture went down to Georgia got it 3 weeks later. Items were broken, missin, filthy. Delivery was at 8:30 at night by people that were threatening. I had to call my son to come. I should’ve read the BB Reviews. Numerous complaints.

Worst service! Most unprofessional movers I’ve come across. The movers created lot of issue on day of move. The movers and the company are not on same page and will be charge you extra on spot and if you don’t pay they will not do the job. Good luck getting hold of customer service and your booking agent after your stuffs are picked up. They never pick up calls and when they rarely picked up, they connect you to non-responsive lines. Beware! Avoid at all cost! Move from Atlanta to Hillsboro. Edit: They deliver was as pathetic as pick up. 2 people showed up to deliver. Called me 2 hours before delivery as opposed to calling at least 24 hours before delivery. They lost my TV, Floor FAN, any many other stuffs. When I asked about me TV, they were ready to give me some other customers TV while Ofcourse I refused. Driver tried to make deal that if they find TV in warehouse he will deliver for $200!!!! Almost all boxes were in damaged condition. BROKE DESKS, CHAIR & BED FRAME. When I call customer service to complaint she was not even apologetic and just asked me to fill the claim form. They later stopped picking up my calls.

Run do not even consider using this company!! If I could rate a negative number I would. The quote given for our service was doubled before our 3 bdrm home was packed up. We gave an accurate count of items and still was overcharged. They were an hour late passed the delivery window, damaged our neighbors property, and severely damaged the tree in front of our new home. When they came to deliver our items into the new home they wanted to charge extra to take items to our bedrooms. What business charge over 6K for this type of service?? Never again. Don't use this company. Run away. Delivery guys were extremely rude and argumentative. We just asked questions and were given the explanation that this is how they have to run business. Shame on this company for taking advantage of hard working people and an ex-veteran. When they finished moving our items to the first floor of our home without even taking things to our bedrooms they jumped in the truck and ran off with our PS 5. Police report in process! We have multiple ring cameras that shows them putting the PS 5 on the truck with your faces clear as day. So your attempt to break our doorbell camera was not enough to cover your tracks! Worse moving experience ever!

The absolute worst company by far!! The only time they know how to return a phone call or even answer the phone is when they are collecting money. Horrible customer service.. i literally have called them 5 times a day and not one phone call back… The pick up crew asked for cash under the table for tip also overcharged us $1,000 from our signed quote. We argued for over 2 hours because they had a different contract than the one I SIGNED with different fees! We asked the guys to take the legs off the couched and they refused and said it wouldn’t be a problem. I practicality had to beg them to wrap our stuff ( which was included in my contract but on there’s it was extra ) so they only agreed to wrap the couches and the dresser but somehow they still got scratch and chipped. So on top of half of our furniture being destroyed we have 2 TVs missing also!!! I definitely wouldn’t go off of half of these reviews on here not sure if they’re legit or not.

I did not hire this company, however I witness one of their trucks take down a tree in my neighborhood. The truck pulled the tree out as they pulled out of a parking spot. The drivers got out of the vehicle, noticed the damage, and drove away without doing anything - while cursing me out for taking their picture.
