Bad customer service, but I appreciate the wide variety of sizes of storage units that makes it easier to find the most affordable option. It seems each unit has a flimsy pest control trap. When I asked about it the employee was dismissive, essentially saying "tough luck, deal with it." (not a direct quote, but that was the attitude.) Pest control is necessary, but it would be nice if there was a solution that we could still stack stuff safely on top of the trap.

Not so seemless mobile pickup, keys were missing in key box. Had to stand in queue pretty long. Would suggest to go with someone to hold queue and be in queue while filing mobile pickup application. Besides center has plenty pickup options.

I have been renting with U-Haul for over 2 yrs. This location in Santa Clara, CA is excellent, right next to 101 so is convenient and easily accessible. Very clean and they have safe checkpoints to keep your items safe and secure. The pricing is also very competitive. Also the staff is very professional , courteous and friendly. Never had an issue. Thank you

the truck was parked in the middle of a group of other trucks, not ready for me to drive it away. as a result the pickup took almost 45 minutes. check engine light was on and it was very noisy.

I was having trouble with the self check in. A representative came right up to me to see if I needed assistance. Outside even! I hadn’t even entered the device doors and was already being helped. They “took care of it” for me. I mean literally. After about 60 seconds the representative emailed me my receipt and had me on my way. 11/10 stars. Thank you so much for making a difficult process so easy to finish.
