We were referred to Serenity by our realtor. He assured us they were always professional and careful. We hired them for a local move within NYC. We purchased our first home in a co-op and even before the move started they were great. Maxwell was always quick to respond and very understanding when we had to move our date around a few times. The movers arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They finished ahead of schedule and everything arrived in the same condition it left in. Definitely will use again if I need movers in the future.
