Sergeants Moving & Storage came to us in tidewater Virginia from Stuart Fl and Tom (owner) was fantastic to work with . Arrived on time took care in handling our objects and delivered them to our Cube Smart Storage unit. We couldn't be there but he arranged each box and item in the most logical way. This company is the best moving company we have ever dealt with.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I have to give credit where it's due. The customer service experience with Sergeant Moving and Storage was handled with professionalism and excellence. This was my first long-distance move, and I had many, many questions, but Tom and his team were patient, and answered every one of my calls as though it were the first. I'm a corporate coach and have trained teams on the lost art of treating a customer well. Sergeant has it down pat. I would choose them over and over again.

I can not speak highly enough about this moving company. As a military wife we have moved around several times. Some good experiences, some bad. Now that my husband passed, and children are grown, I wanted to make a fresh start. Sergeant was hands down the most efficient, professional, and honest company I have ever dealt with. Finally a company with no pressure . They actually came to my place to give a quote!! Who does that anymore? If you have a move, either local or long distance like I did, this is the company you want to go with.!!!!

I had a wonderful experience doing my move with Sergeant moving and storage! Every member of the Sergeant team was helpful, friendly reliable and resourceful. Their attention to detail was superb! Anytime I needed help, I just reached out via phone or text and they were there to help. They handled complications with ease and cheerfulness. I would hire Sergeant moving again in a heartbeat! Moreover I recommend them to everyone I know! Their rates were very reasonable and I felt that I got great value on my move. Who says moving has to be stressful?
