If I could give them 0 stars I would. First off, they showed up two hours earlier than our delivery window. Which would have been fine with a little bit more than 15 minutes of notice. My husband had to rush home from the grocery store and the guy was rude like we did something wrong. Second of all, they sent ONE guy to unload a hot tub by himself. That is not possible. He basically dropped it off the truck and then he tried to turn it onto the damaged side in our driveway so we wouldn't see. My husband had to tell him to flip it down so he could inspect the hot tub. It was severely damaged so we had to refuse the delivery. After waiting 6 weeks we were very disappointed. This company is a joke.

Would give one star if it was possible. First pick up attempt Monday noon to 4pm, guys showed up at 10am. I called said they would return Tuesday, noon to 4pm, no show. Same for Wednesday. Finally show up Thursday. I try to track shipment fallowing Tuesday, tracking number is not in their system. Call their customer service, their agent tells me I have to call Costco and ask them if they received it yet. I explain that makes no sense to me, can I talk to a supervisor. I get voicemail. Costco needs to find a different carrier.

By far the most unprofessional group of people I have ever worked with. I am so upset that Costco would ever use such a company. The delivery was supposed to be white white with an exchange and delivery. The driver insisted that his paperwork doesn't show it and refused to call to correct it. They NEVER pick up their phones. They came almost two hours late from an already ridiculous 6 hour delivery window. Manager did not correct the issue and decided to use a friend's truck and do it myself.

Great experience overall. Only complaint is that they showed up a few hours before the delivery window, so we had to scramble a bit. But, at least we were home, and the delivery person was very understanding and happy to wait a few moments for us.

Our order from Costco uses this company for delivery. Shame on them! I love Costco, but not a wise choice for selecting this company. I could not get a hold of anybody for over 6 hrs yesterday to get information about the delivery which was scheduled for today. I took time off from work as it was scheduled between 12 noon- 4 PM.Their location is: 2380 Williams St, San Leandro, California, 94577. I also tried to phone them since 2 PM today to get information. It is after 4 Pm and the product was NOT delivered today. Their phone service says: extremely high volume phone calls, call back later. I can not even leave a voice mail message. Very poor customer service and I wonder when the delivery will be. Will I have to take another day off from work?
