I normally never leave reviews on a customer. I do my best to keep a positive attitude. Today is September 1st 2021. Maybe perhaps I caught the customer on a bad day. I checked into facility at 8:15 a.m. there's nowhere to park or stage here. So I had to drive five blocks away and park on the side of the street. I have walked back up to the guard shack several times to make sure they did not forget about me. The guard was polite. However I have been waiting 6 hours to be unloaded and I am still not unloaded

Today I was there in the morning made delivery, at the entrance the guard behaved terribly disgusting, he is about 50 years old, he does not respect drivers at all, he should not work there. I will try not to come again. and for drivers there’s not some kind of toilet on the street and it’s terribly dirty even to wash hands without water. professional drivers better take care of your nerves.

The only bad thing I can say about this place is there's a lack of staging area available for deliveries, But they are fast when the unload you. Also for some strange reason my phone 📱 didn't ring when they called me to back into a door, the receiver said that he called 5 times but I only had 1 missed call 📞 and I only noticed it because at 11:07am I received a phone call from a friend and noticed the 1 missed call at 11:04am .
