Well I have read every review, 1st of all they have to take everything out of your glove box and center console the banks want photos 2, they have to gain trunk access and take pictures of everything in there. And so many people keep all these valuables in an automobile that your bank has already told you there coming to get and you still leave it in there, guessing its not that valuable. And for all those people that have left all this money in your car why?? Should have made your payment. But as a recovery person myself there is very few of you that have left large amounts of cash in them I personally have never seen a car with more than 80 dollars and that was 1 time. So they understand your upset about your situation. But you knew they were coming your loan company told you 15 days prior to them getting the order that they were coming. So just be respectful and just surrender the day thing just as I did completely cleaned out keys in it waiting on them and they were amazing to deal with and in all actuality they literally gave me a job the next day when I was completely down on my luck and lost my only mode of transport and thanks to them they have trained me to be completely respectful and to always consider my situation before I return the absolutely negative and aggressive approach that most of you come at us with. So yes we are usually ready to take a tongue lashing and just brush it off. So end of the day to all of those that think we have stolen your stuff that we could not care a thing about just remember we by law get a safe distance away in a lighted area and take pictures of everything so all of those reviews that say we stole it how did you fair not well I am sure cause there was photo evidence and now there is body cam footage from start to finish of the repo process. So think before you type. My truck was repo'd 12/8/21 and I have been working there since 12/9/21 and I was trained for a full year before I was allowed to get my EE licence.

I'm aware they don't sell it but I asked if sold it has to go auction ok so I didn't know but I wanted to know if Honda sold. My mom car she's disabled wouldn't give me property handicap parking hangtag or whatever else She said it's just papers I was told and car tag. Ok so what she missed her appointments she can't walk n I called several times got run around or not answering voice mail noone retuned my calls! Someone can call to give me authorization. Why I gotta do everything. Again not my car Dont buy from Honda or Buick form that matter

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. THEY CHARGE SO MANY FEES $ 700 in towing fees they totally take advantage of the elderly an I’m sure of anyone.

Unfortunately my car was a repo due to issues that I had going on. Just make sure you get all of your personal items out before these crooks get it. I left my wallet in the center console of the vehicle and when I went to pick it up my wallet was on the front seat. Someone went though it and stole the cash that I had in the wallet. Although it was my fault or leaving the wallet in the car, these people had no right to mess with my personal belongings. Every compartment of the vechicle had been gone through and my wallet had been rummaged through. Do not ever use these people. They're thieves! Complaints have been made to multiple agencies!

Sadly, i fell behind on payments and lost my car. I was told the man who went through my belongings went by the name Terry. I had many personal belongings that were in my car due to moving and my cash. It was $76 & he stole it! It wouldn't be as bad, if he didn't lie and say I only had $8 (per manager) in my car and the fact that I'm pregnant so that was food money. & reading a comment before, this seems to be an ongoing thing, so its been reported to management and he hasn't done anything about it. I hope if you lose your car, I hope you don't lose out like I did.
