This is a solid no. The one star is to reflect that one positive experience I had with this company which was with Jose - the gentleman who came to my house to do an estimate. I informed him of my need for boxes for our move before a scheduled surgery so I could pack as much as I could until I wouldn't be able to and he assured me it would be here on Tuesday 04/16 once I accepted their estimate. I called the office upon receipt of the estimate to move forward and I was asked for a credit card to hold the reservation. Little did I know this is a deposit which is forfeited should the scheduled move not happen. Communication was non-existent. I never heard back from them so I called the office and talked with someone by the name of Lisa who said I needed to have talked to the Jose's assistant. Hm... ok, how I would know that? She then proceeded to tell me said assistant would call me and I am still waiting for said call back up to this day. As the days went by, and I never got any communication, I reached out. I grew incredibly anxious as this is a big move and I was afraid I would need to reschedule it. I have called and emailed and no communication. So this morning, I decided to cancel the reservation as it is clear this is not a reliable company and was informed they charged me $ 378 deposit which I was forfeiting. No apologies for the lack of service delivery or lack of communication, all I received was an attitude. Thanks Lisa! Nothing like talking to some like you when recovering from a surgery and being overly stressed about a move. You were the icing. Moving is a stressful experience as it is, but having to deal with companies that are not reliable and are not communicating makes it that much worse. What a regret. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. I already submitted a dispute on the charge I didn't even know I would forfeit should the move not happen. Btw, boxes never made it. Lovely.

Don't use Shamrock for your moving needs. They had damaged a very expensive table. Instead of informing me, they tried to fix it damaging the appearance. They wouldn't reimburse me even though I chose this company because of the damage insurance. When they tried to fix it again, they did a worse job. I called and left messages to get reimbursed and they completely ignore me. The second issue was they brought in a couch that wasn't mine. That took an additional 30 minutes which I got charged for (they charge by the hour). The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the mover guys were very quick to deliver my items.

Victor and his team have moved me twice recently and they are the best of the best! They are efficient, careful, meticulous and very friendly and nice to work with- they are a team of gentlemen and they do a terrific job! I would recommend them to anyone!

Actually at this point haven't done business with folks, seem like good people though but see that street right there.....that's Fairfax at and I spent many a night in my bucket benz during the year 2020. Had a freind who stayed in building but between the bi polar and ups/downs but I digress spent many a night on Fairfax right next to Shamrock's.

Wonderful team. Clean, cautious and efficient. Will definitely call them again for my next move! Thx guys
