If you look like me stay away from this place they play favoritism with the loads…lie about the pay you won’t make 1500 a week or 300 a day if you blk…period worked 6 days a week and before my 90 days I was sent to take a random…then I drove 10yrs a day for 3 days and Josh the supervisor said since I hit a deer and called in I get load pay $550 for the week not 900 for my 300 a day…place is a real joke

If you are delivering plan on waiting. If it's a 10pm delivery you can not check in until 9pm. Everyone was nice and I really liked the set prices for lumpers. I still feel like it's extortion we shouldn't have to pay for something you ordered but they are way better than capstone. Maybe Merit can take over Capstone. There's a truck stop across the street but good luck getting out of it and into the line to get in. Line went all the way to the interstate last night. Arrived at the truck stop at 630pm and they quit serving food. Plan ahead if you're hungry.

Great place. Appointment was at 2am they let me check in at 10pm and was leaving by 11pm lumper fees are reasonable. Can be a little crazy at night here tho trucks moving all over the place but what else should you expect from a big warehouse.

I have been calling for 2 days trying to speak to a recruiter. I have left 3 voice messages and even texted. Ms. Whitney they recruiter obviously does not have time to speak with me. Maybe its becouse im a female. Well whatever it is I'm glad I found out that they don't have good communication skills before I made a mistake and went and worked for them.

I'm from Michigan, and applied here. Live in Michigan, so figured it'd be a good fit. Bn driving since 2006, with only one glitch, at a truckstop, doing a 34, on a weekend, about 2 years ago. Perfect driving record since 1976. Was turned down as a result. That really hurt, as I feel that it would've been a really good fit. Justaa heads up to my fellow drivers out there. ""Eagle Claw " on the side. If Sharp Transit decides to reconsider, I'll be more than happy to edit my review.Y'all be careful out there
