Please have a talk with driver of truck # 40. Speeding down 110 and stopping inches from a car is no way to drive during a rain storm. Secondly he blasted the truck horn immediately as the light turned. I was in a turning lane and saw driver with a flat baseball cap barreling towards the red light. Then before anyone could step off the brake he was whalling on the truck horn. Not a very professional driver.
