Unbelievable and worth every penny! From the first phone consultation to the last piece of furniture placed these people were honest and amazing! Vicki explained in detail, communicated well and was very responsive to questions, emails, and calls. The staff knew exactly how many hours and workers were needed to load and unload the trucks. Dylan, Dante, Robby, and Dylan were prompt, courteous, and very respectful of us, each other, and our belongings. They worked well together and hustled the entire time. I chose to do the packing of the boxes and found that if I did exactly as I was told, our furniture (which they wrapped carefully before loading) and boxed belongings arrived safely. If you plan where you want your furniture ahead of time, they will even place the furniture and boxes exactly where you want it. We highly recommend Shenandoah Valley Contract Movers!

I had this company move furniture and their staff was excellen. The job couldn't have gone better. The cost of the job was very reasonable and other companies wanted more than twice What I paid. They came with two trucks and half-a-dozen men. Every piece of furniture was covered with Blankets and secured

Initially I asked for both packing and moving services and was quoted prices for each service. However, my daughter insisted that she would pack for me so I cancelled the packing service. This company then raised the price for moving my household goods by more than $400. Also, they did not unroll my area rugs after delivery and they completely, totally blocked my main closet with wardrobe boxes. I can neither get my clothes out of the boxes to hang up my clothes nor can I move these boxes. Very inconvenient. However, they were speedy, polite, punctual and apparently careful with my things. Nothing is broken.

The best indication of an awesome moving company - is when the crew acts like they're moving into their own home! This family-owned and operated business is exceptional. They were friendly, patient, and studious. They took the time to ask exactly where the furniture should be placed. They covered my wood floors, watched the walls, and handled my furniture with kit gloves. If there were six stars - I'd give it. BRAVO!
