Billy was awesome! We came in earlier today to rent a unit and he was just great the whole time. Excellent customer service with a smile and friendly attitude the whole time. We joked a little bit about how many skills he has and yes.. he got skills! The property was super clean and well maintained. Helped us set up the APP to get in and out and overall a very easy and pleasant experience. I’ll recommend that anybody who is interested in renting a unit to go by and visit Billy. He’ll set you up!

While Shield Storage deserves credit for being a newer facility in a city filled with mostly older options, the customer service here is severely lacking. The abrupt and unjustified price increase, coupled with the manager's unprofessional behavior and acting like a jerk regarding an insurance documentation mix up on their end left me feeling super unappreciated as a customer. To make matters worse, the indifference shown during my move-out process, along with the issue of mouse droppings in my unit, solidified my decision to take my business elsewhere. This is not a business I’ll be back to or be recommending to anyone.

0/10. Andrew, i think is his name, is very VERY VERY VERY unprofessional.. and maybe angry? I came to open a new unit and he was less than helpful because he was dealing with some multi-unit burglary. I understand that a burglary is a hard thing to deal with but it didn't even seem like he was dealing with it well.(a lot of grunting and semi-yelling) He attempted to help me get my new unit but then after fumbling for some time asked me to come back. I actually didn't mind that a burglary had occurred, stuff happens.. But when I went back a couple days after he was STILL kinda crazy and all over the place. He was yelling at some customers behind locked doors which he came to open and asked again if I could come back later. That was a few weeks ago and I'd forgotten about it but wanted to do my part in leaving a review. Do you guys not have other employees? Is he it? Kinda scary with his sunglasses and honestly probably losing you guys aloooottt of business.

Sheild Storage had some drawbacks, like the lack of customer trash cans, a gate that closed too quickly, and a large ditch at the entrance. These issues detracted from the overall experience. However, their storage facilities were secure and well-maintained, offering peace of mind for storing belongings.
