Worst service ever. They broke my tv, and wasted my time to discuss compensation but they actually don’t want to compensate, and ever don’t return the fee for shipping. So I pay the extra expensive fee and got nothing ! Update 5/9 After almost a month long negotiations, they are only willing to refund 300 USD, and not willing to return the shipping fee(TV worth almost 70% of the entire package) . Combine the shipping fee and the TV price, it is around 3000+. Just want to give anyone who considers their service about what you may experience if they happen to break your stuff. Oh and during a month negotiation, they kinda threatened me by saying their legal team is watching my review here. I have files a small court claim, and will update how it goes.

Ship2TW made the whole process very easy for customers. Each step was clearly explained in written procedures. If I had any questions, Belinda was always there to help. They took care of all the arrangements including custom clearance. The door to door service made my move much easier and less stressful. Belinda was reliable to work with and this was a huge plus!

She is very helpful and responsive via Line App. I have worked with her multiple times since 2023 - including door2door shipping from U.S. to Taiwan and in-state moving from NorCal to SoCal. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns efficiently, despite our time difference and geographical distance.
