This is a little delayed, but my wife and i used a moving company for the first time back in March and we chose Short Hop off of a recommendation of a coworker. I was a little nervous as I really had no idea what to expect, and we were moving things from two houses(our parents, each located in different places) into one. Short Hop was absolutely phenomenal. They made the entire process stress free and they were insanely fast. Being someone who has always moved everything themselves, I couldn't believe how fast they loaded and unloaded, even with all of the stairs. They even relocated our parents' furniture up stairs and into different rooms with no extra fee. They were super friendly the whole time and made sure to ask which rooms and locations we wanted things. We ended up needing an extra small truck since we had more stuff than originally planned, and they provided it and an extra mover with no extra charge to our original quote. Then the price ended up being way lower than what we even budgeted for. We really appreciated them so much, and will 1000% use them again for our next move. I recommend them highly. Highly recommend this company. From my initial call, they were professional, responded quickly, and made moving on a really hot day more tolerable. Very reasonable pricing (by hour, not by weight). Their crew was friendly, figured out unique ways to get our belongings where they needed to go and holy cow they were fast. Not one thing damaged! So grateful for their help with our move!
