This company reached out then ghosted me for employment. Had one sided call where I barely got to speak on my end. Woman was reading script and nothing more. The strangest bit was them asking me to complete online training before any onboarding paperwork was completed. This is quite counter productive. Why would I want to do training and all they ask of me when they can’t even schedule a background check nor a drug screening. They ask you to spend a fair amount of money to get in Finger print scanning, first aid course, defensive driving course. While the pay offer is high, the lack of organization and also the way they pay you is not something I’m going to risk my car or personal health for. Promises promises. Seems like potential to be a proper company. But it’s really Uber with extra steps. No thanks.
