Absolutely the best. We had a 5 man crew led by an experienced crew chief in Emmit. These guys are consummate pros who work their tails off. Polite, caring and total experts. We had heavy gym equipment and patio stuff on top of all the usual things. They powered through with no complaints. Moving sucks. Rose makes it bearable. Not cheap. But you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

We just completed our 10th move and unfortunately this one wasn't good. Everyone at Rose Moving & Storage was very friendly and helpful however the mover they contracted did not perform anywhere close to expectations for the $6,800 we paid to move us from Michigan to Indiana (we were quoted $6,000 but bumped to $6,800 after they had us loaded because they under estimated the weight...nothing we could do because they would not unload us until we paid the $800 more and sadly we were warned that this would happen by a Rose competitor who had quoted us a rate not to exceed $6,500). This was supposed to be a direct ship and the mover showed up in a box truck even though we were told it would be a semi trailer. When the mover arrived, I told him there is no way everything would fit on a box truck but he insisted it would and boy did they try. The proceeded to pack our belongings in as tight as possible wasting no space by not using mattress boxes that I paid for (yes, they put our 1-year old mattresses on the truck with no protection). When I questioned why they weren't wrapping / protecting some of the furniture they said it was because they didn't have enough blankets but would be careful. As predicted, our belongings did not fit on the truck and a 2nd truck had to be brought in to finish loading which did not get done until 9pm....12 hours after they started even though we were told it would take about 6 hours because of how well organized we were. (we had boxes lined up, beds stripped, etc., all they had to do was take 3 beds apart and load, this was our 10th move). The 1st truck showed up the next day however the 2nd truck didn't arrive until 9pm 2 days later. The movers from Indiana who were hired by the driver to unload us told me multiple times they couldn't believe how poorly the truck was packed and they were right. We ended up with a 3 pieces of broken furniture, not scratched, pieces were broken. We purchased the $0 deductible insurance however they think thy can fix the furniture rather than replace it so we have to wait a full month for someone to come out and attempt the repair (one piece was a new $2,100 desk that is currently sitting upside down in my office due to a broken leg). I think Rose Moving is a decent company however the driver they contracted to represent them came up well short of expectations.

During our move the crew unfortunately damaged some of our belongings. While at the moment the crew seemed understanding and confident that issues could be resolved, after over 6 months there still has not been any settlement. The claims department or person is extremely unresponsive, and not giving any answers. While at certain point statement has been that a final review and settlement was under review, after several months nothing happened.
