Movers beware! This business told me on the phone they had their own trucks in California. Not true. They are a broker, which they never disclosed either. They low ball the estimate to make sure they look good and you sign with them. Once the mover arrives to your house, the moving cost almost doubled, because it would not fit in the truck per the original low ball estimate. This is an illegal practice called "bumping". The mover eventually lost pieces of my furniture and broke another. Simple Path does not deal with losses or take responsibility for losses, they refer you to a claims website that doesn't even have a phone number. My claim is pending. Wish me luck! I tried to work out a solution with them and they are not flexible. Once they have your money, its gone. They have been reported to the Department of Transportation for the multiple violations. I hope the investigators do their job. Simple Path Moving is dishonest!

Simple Path Moving has not refunded my deposit even though those terms were in the agreement. They told me my check would arrive a month ago and I have still yet to receive it. I'm afraid I got scammed out of my money. I would absolutely recommend AVOIDING this company. Especially for something as expensive and stressful as moving. I am very disappointed. UPDATE: 6 months later and still NO REFUND. After they have confirmed multiple times through phone and e-mail interactions that a refund is due to me. I wish I could give 0 or negative stars for this business. Stay away from using them!

Simple Path Moving has questionable billing practices. Despite the contract's terms, they have not refunded the money for my cancelled move. Every time I reach out to them, they stall and say the refund is "processing" despite telling me it should have arrived weeks ago. It has now been over a month with no action. I recommend not working with this company. Update 8/17/22 Simple Path Moving provided my full refund and offered an apology for the delay.

Do NOT use this company. Simple Path Moving has provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced -- especially for spending thousands of dollars with them. Simple Path was unreliable and late with their pick up date and almost a month later has still not delivered my items, cannot provide any information as to where my items are or when they will be delivered. They have fallen short of everything they claimed -- pricing, dates, time -- when I booked with them. Every time I call customer service I am given vague answers, told I will be called back never to be called back. I am worried this company is a scam. Do NOT use them they have provided a horrible moving experience.

This place is a total scam and I pray they go out of business. The movers were very unprofessional. I have video of them using profanity in front of our children. They damage our wall in our ceiling. They claim that they could not fit our stuff in their truck and that we went over our cubic feet. They triple the cost of what they originally quoted and then they said we can only pay cash they broke several of our high-priced belongings and not all of our belongings were delivered. Our total damages was roughly $2,000 so we submitted a claim and they only offered us $40.80 for all of our damages. Simple path as well as the moving company Great American Movers are dishonest. Please beware!
