We paid Simplify Storage to pack our furniture. When it came back, the sofa upholstery was torn and a wood statue cracked. The movers said the items weren't packed well enough and they had no choice to drag the sofa, knowing the damage they were doing. In all, there was about $5K in damage. When I called to complain, I was offered $50, the maximum payout according to their terms and conditions. In the end, I couldn't even get them to pay that $50. Unbelievable!

I had a great experience with Simplify storage. The movers were wonderful, they were very nice and took very good care of everything, wrapping my furnitures carefully. Moving can be stressful and they made it easy and smooth. The communication with Simplify was great too. They are very responsive and helpful (I had many questions!). I would use their service again! And recommended them to my friends.

My moving experience has been seamless from getting a quote to coordinate the moving bins drop off to the actual moving day! Thank you to Darragh and Pablo for coordinating! Jackie and his team were great during moving day! They were courteous and very efficient with handling my furniture and other items. I'm very happy with the service provided!

I used Simplify Valet Storage’s light move service recently and they were amazing. They dropped off the storage containers and plastic ties right to my door within the time frame I specified. The containers were sturdy easy to pack and lift. When it was time to collect the items and move, the team arrived right on schedule and worked very quickly. They were polite and respectful of my home and my belongings. What’s great is they also offer storage solutions, so if you want to store your winter clothes or other seasonal items to de clutter your home they drop off the bins and take them away and you don’t have to worry about anything. Highly recommended, would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Have only had a great experience with Simplify - we live in an apartment in Brooklyn with very little storage and really needed somewhere to store our seasonal belongings. We use the valet service regularly and is ideal because we don't own a car and can have the items quickly! The employee who does pick up/drop off is great and is always on time and carries everything in and our of your apartment with no issues! Definitely a convenient and I like that they combine a few services into one (we have bins + a storage unit with them)
