Darrell Simpson is the most kind hearted gentleman I have met in a long time!!! Got my jeep back from the dealer and it broke down in the middle of the road on the way back to the dealership and he saw I was broke down and stopped out of his own free will and towed it back for me! Wouldn’t even accept any money! Genuinely an awesome person!! I will be calling him if I have any other towing needs and having Everyone I Know call him!

This is the best customer service I have ever had with a tow service. Darrell Simpson, the owner, took every opportunity to exceed my expectations. He swung by my house on the way to my dead car, picked my car up and drove it to Advance Auto Repair because he said I needed a new battery. He installed the battery himself! Saved me Uber fees AND having to pay my dealership and wait to get it done. Thanks Darrell! You were absolutely amazing!

Darryl was great. Called him one night when it was raining after I couldn’t get any of the other tow companies to help and he came out in the rain to help my daughter tow her car. He also fixed what was wrong with it. Great courteous and respectful guy. I would call him again in a heartbeat!
