Great location to the airport. There's a shuttle service which was the reason why I got this hotel. Also for the pool and the couch bed. Although the couch looked very dirty. I had to put sheets on it. They need to wash vacuum it somehow because you could really see the dirt. The room did appear clean.

We stayed there coming and going on our trip. The first night we were exhausted arriving around 10:30pm and the desk clerk went out of his way to help us check in and hunted down utensils as we had some food we brought and were hungry! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

I stayed 3 nights for work , and have a fantastic experience with the folks here. Specifically Tiera and Faava were beyond amazing. They helped me navigate the public transit , suggested restaurants and activities. And then followed up and asked how my evenings turned out. These are amazing members of your team and deserve recognition.

Fatima made the check in process extremely difficult and tiresome. She asked me to call reservations for my request and when reservations called her for approval, she declined? A waste of 45 minutes and is glaring at me while another associate is helping me out.
