I heard the owner of this company on a podcast saying how they are in desperate need of good drivers. I have 14 trucks I would have been happy to lease on to them if the terms were right but unfortunately their calls go directly to voicemail without a single ring, and that voicemail is full. Seems like they are in over their heads and should focus more on being prepared to take hundreds of calls before reaching out to thousands of truckers for help.

Left voicemail and got a call back... that's 5 stars for at least calling me back. But 3 stars because you don't have a actual dedicated team of people for recruiting. So I'll give you a 4 star. They only deal with owner operators that have their own equipment. My cousin works for them and says he makes hand over fist money because he runs. I like my 6 figure cushiony home daily fuel transport job. So I'm good where I'm at. But if I wanted to make more money I'd go here...

A week ago today, I had an interview with Tyler for the Dispatch position. He told me that I got the job and that he would email me my offer letter last Tuesday. He never emailed me anything and he has not returned any of my calls. If you ever go in for an interview make sure that you are certain that he will follow up with his word. As you can see they have done this more than once. Response to owner: I was told I HAD the job. I have a strong attention to detail and great active listening skills. Tyler told me in his exact words, “I would like to extend you an offer and I will email you with the offer letter later today and follow up with you through text later on to confirm you received it.” What does that mean? The truth matters as well! Thanks for the luck, same to you! ☺️
