Our rental experience was great! We were able to get a rental when all other agency were all out of cars. The rental was clean and with low mileage. The service was excellent. I had forgotten my hand carry in the rental. Teddy my customer rep chased me down 6 floors and across the airport with my luggage! because of his efforts I did not miss my flight! That is above and beyond the call of duty service. With Enterprise staff like Teddy I will always go to Enterprise for all our rental needs!
