Pickup date for the my balikbayan box was schedule for Monday with no specific time, no one showed to pick it up (by the way, I waited till midnight). Not even a call. I called the next day and they said they have rescheduled for Thursday. And as usual, no specific time or at least an estimated time. Am I to reserve the whole day just for them. Adding to this review, Thursday came by and still no pickup. When I called, they said it has been rescheduled to next Monday. Without any notification via call or e-mail. If I hadn't called, I would not know that it has been rescheduled again. Wasted time.

I should have read some of the review made before buying boxes. To my DISMAY...this ATLAS EXPRESS is HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTING, UNPROFESSIONAL for the following reasons 1. I went to their Milpitas site to make an appointment for pick up, (with all the social distancing, it took me half an hour in queue - good thing, good accommodation) .just to find out that they never showed up after a week of waiting. 2. If you call the posted number, WORST THAN an ROBOT machine - that means, you can hardly (with my experience, never) reach someone to talk to. 3. So, I went to follow up, a day after the scheduled pick up, IT WAS CLOSED BY 3PM - my bad.

Called and staff said cutoff for Christmas arrival was Nov 4th; took box there on Oct 29th and was told it probably wouldn't arrive until January. That's terrible customer service; turns out the box arrived before Christmas anyway. They really need to improve communication with their customers.

This place gosh! Can’t believe it ! You know what ! You guys ! You Have to change time management for real !! Your in freaking United States your not in the Philippines! Grabeh !!! You guys! Don’t let customers wait for you !!! Late for like 12mins that’s too much !!!! You guys change that culture ! You have to be at your work before customer arrive or 5mins before you open the store ! oh my gosh! This is not good ! Please use time management !!! If possible!!! Not good at all ! And please who ever read this please let the management knows or whoever see this ! Gosh ‘ this is like 10times !!!!!! And I’ve had it! I’m tired of waiting !!! I have a lot of patience but this kind of culture ! Damn !
