Only two stars because they never did anything. This rating is exceptional considering the lack of clear communication on Richie's part. First off I called in and explained in detail my needs on a Friday afternoon, I then asked if this was something they could do. They said they can do this type of job ( power only needed ) and would try and do it Monday but would let me know. Estimate of costs provided at this time, I also verified also that they could take a CC for payment. I then sent a detailed e-mail on the move details, "a local move requiring about 2 hours with power only". When I did not hear from Richie on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, I called and left a message. No return call, I emailed again on Thursday asking for an update and received no reply, I called again on Friday am ( 1 week later from my first call) and left yet another message and then I got a reply e-mail implying that I misunderstood our conversation and that he was busy all week. For one; I've been in dispatching and working with trailers a long time, two; we are out of state and I understand that clear communication is needed, three: I am detailed in what is needed and I always try to get an estimate and verify payment methods accepted. Had I been told they couldn't do it, I could have just moved on no issue. I am sure they are a great company, but this dispatch fell short.

I work with Sloan multiple times a month. Richie and Brandon are my main contacts. When it comes to getting my shipments out and getting them delivered on time, These two are very reliable. The professionalism and the promptness of this company is top notch. 100% would recommend.

We have been using Sloan Transport for more that 8yrs now. Our company has the confidence that each load is done correctly, safely and efficiently. With my busy schedule I can just tell Brandon what I need picked up, moved and where I need it to go. Once I supply his company with the detail, addresses, contact names and email address they immediately, take over from there as assist me in handling everything. They do an outstanding job from start to finish and send almost daily emails on the progress of the job at hand. We do not even look at using another company to do our trucking because of their professionalism and their cost is always fair for the amount of work involved in each load. This is one of the best trucking companies I have ever worked with. The owner goes above and beyond to take care of the customers. They have amazing communication if there are issues or when a load gets delivered. Pricing is great and truck availability is always 1-2 days if needed.

Sloan is one of those carriers you don't have to worry about. If they say they'll take the load, you can treat it like an easy bake oven. Just set it and forget it. The customer service team is on point as well; they have the quick, precise, clear communication that we need in this industry to adapt and overcome obstacles quickly should they arise.
