I appreciate the care the guys took to ensure that all of my belongings, especially my extremely heavy curio cabinet, were wrapped and delivered safely without incident. These two guys worked extremely hard and very quickly to complete my loading, delivering, and unloading under the time estimate. I highly recommend them for any moving needs. Steve and Israel are amazing! They helped me move from my storage unit to 1 bedroom apartment. They were so efficient and everything was done in a timely manner. So many other moving companies have hidden that just rack up at the end and I was honestly surprised that the quote that I got was exactly what I paid. I made an appointment for Saturday May 25th at 1:00pm. At 2:03PM Steve let me know that they were 13 minutes away. They went to my apartment instead of the storage unit and took an additional 25 minutes to get to me. After they finished loading my 4 items I met them at my apartment. They unloaded my items and brought them up the stairs to the third floor where I live. They were finished around 4pm. The following day (which is today) I got my TV mounted which was one of the four items they brought up. I turned on the tv and the screen is messed up. I texted them and simply asked if the tv was secure in their truck to get an unprofessional and aggressive response. It has not even been 24 hours yet. It will be 24 hours an hour after I post this. Be careful if you use them. They are late and unprofessional with a temper. AS A RESPONSE TO THEIRS: I told Richard on the phone that I accidentally put the same address twice to which he said to text him the correct pickup address information and he would correct it. Therefore the movers should have had the updated information. And as you can tell from my screenshots I blamed absolutely nobody. I simply asked a which was was the tv secure in the truck. That’s it that’s all. Got a rude response then, and getting a rude response from the owner. Your movers were already late before they went to my house. There is not good communication with this company and when they do communicate it is as you ALL can see, disrespectful. It is not hard to nicely reassure a client your belongings were handled with care.

My scheduled move of a small apartment went very smoothly from start to finish. Good communication setting up the date, easy online deposit and payment. Steve and Gus were very efficient, friendly and professional. Everything was moved without any damage as they took care to wrap things as needed. Will definitely use them again for any future moves.

These guys are great! I needed an antique buffet moved from the mall to my condo, downtown Ft Worth. They were on time and handled the piece with care. I'll use them again.
