Terrible carrier!! I'll be honest, they used to have a dispatcher, a female named Rachel who somewhat knew what she was doing... the gentleman who has been dispatching recently for them needs to find a new industry to work in. He is a compulsive liar, and has no business dispatching for a carrier company. He sent me pictures off of Google that they took from a Detroit Motor City website over 15 years old sent them to me in an email, in an attempt to tell me that this was a mechanic working on their driver's 9 car hauler. I did computer coding for 4 yrs at Yale so it's very easy for me to detect someone who's giving me fraudulent information by running a Google search for that specific image. What they did was take pictures of YouTube videos of a mechanic working on a truck for a shop based out of Detroit that was 15 years old and tried to tell me that was their drivers truck earlier in the morning getting a part replaced. Also, their new thing is double brokering your loads via Central Dispatch. Right now there is a driver named Nigel from Optimus delivery services who is not getting paid by the customer because smart log double brokered him the load and the customer had a cashier's check for smart log llc.. when questioned about this they told us this was their local truck that made the deliveries inside the residential neighborhoods. Just another lie, Nigel is a full size 10 car hauler who was dispatch this load by the company for $75 less than we agreed to pay them. They tried to broker out the work and make a $75 kickback. Disgusting. Nigel had to be driven back by my customer who is 19 yr old female over four miles to his truck just so she could get her car. I probably lost a forever customer because of Smart Logs negligence. All brokers and potential shippers,, Steer clear from Smart Log!!!

Worse Company I've ever dealt with in 25 years of being in this business...They clearly damaged my customers vehicle....They've been giving him the run-around for over a month, even after he submitted photos of undercarriage being torn up. They are dishonest and don't care...Will not take responsibility or return phone calls. Horrible people

Customers BEWARE they shouldn’t be in business and really don’t serve even one star!! Co was contracted to ship our car but come to find out it was dispatched to another shipping co. It took several calls to find out when car was going to be picked up and after his 3 to 5 day it showed up nine days later. After several calls there was no call back with follow up information as promised, and then for three days had an answering machine on so we couldn’t even contact the business. They were not getting back to the original shipper as well.
