This is the most horrible moving company. The movers are subcontractors and not professional movers. They find anyone with a pulse to conduct the move. The guys were not prepared with the necessary moving supplies, leaving me to spend more money on the move. They spent most of the time completely breaking down the furniture to maximize the hours, only to leave missing bed pieces everywhere after 12 hours of moving. I reached out to the company, and Tiffany was extremely rude, saying I needed to pay for them to send a truck for them to fix the mess. If you value your furniture and money, do not use this company. They are not a professional moving company.

Stay away from Smart Move LLC Atlanta!!! The two guys I had were awful and did not know what they were doing--totally unprofessional and were grossly negligent with my personal belongings. My furniture was wrapped with quilted moving blankets and shrink wrap. The two movers they provided unloaded my POD and removed the blankets and shrink wrap and placed perfectly good pieces of furniture on unprotected metal furniture dollies which caused gauging and scratching. I contacted David Livingstone, Smart Move Corporate in Wilson, NC explaining my experience and he agreed that it handled inappropriately. He further assured me that Smart Move would "make it right". That was 10/14/22 and today is 12/1/22. Haven't heard a word. They obviously don't care about the customer!

They were very communicative and friendly. So professional. I had an issue with my PODS getting delivered on time. They were flexible and worked with me and made it no problem to come on another day. They unpacked the pods quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!!

Had the best experience with Smart Move. The movers called me in advance to let me know they were on the way, showed up on time, moved everything carefully, were respectful and worked efficiently the entire time. Highly recommend them!

Great group of guys and they did an amazing job! They were friendly, professional, and efficient! Packed up my 3br house into a POD in less than two hours. They packed the POD so well I was able to bring things I didn’t think I’d have space for. Thank you so much, Drake, Kam, Deion, and Juwan!
