Paul and his team moved me at the end of November. It was fantastic. They were professional in every aspect even with the bad weather! Dust covers used, furniture protected and pictures packed. Nothing was too much trouble! Fast move with every care considered. Would definitely recommend and would happily use in the future.

Let’s be honest, moving is rubbish. You end up despairing of solicitors and mortgage lenders and the whole thing is massively stressful. The great news is that Paul and his team are here to make your moving day gloriously stress free. Fantastically professional and always smiling. I’ve used Smart Moving Solutions three times and they’ve been flawless every time.

Moved in November last year, temporary storage of house belongings at Safestore Cheltenham. The team are friendly enough, however we were disappointed overall by the standard. On move out of the old house a few boxes were dropped, edges of furniture knocked. More care and attention to the furniture and boxes was expected. Only when checking our items that were put into storage did I realise marks on some sofa cushions and our child’s dolls house was badly damaged. Nothing was said until I asked the company. Paul did address the damage to the dolls house but it took several weeks of me chasing to get it delivered. No dust sheets used, shoe covers etc. (Art work and piano did have the correct packaging). When moving to our new house, as one of the vans pulled up, the driver drove over a paving slab and it is still, 6 months later not fixed. With new carpets fitted for move in, outdoor trainers were worn until I asked to remove trainers. Dust sheets or simple shoe covers would avoid this situation.
