Michael and his crew did a great job moving my appliances!!! He understood that that he may have needed to take a door off that had a waterline in it and he brought many tools in case that was needed. He figured out a way to get the refrigerator thru the doorway without having to remove the door. He also tied down the appliances in his truck so the would not move and wrapped the appliances with the movie my blankets he had in the truck. I’m strongly recommend Michael for your moving needs. Our experience with this moving service was not good, and I would not recommend them. We had several situations when two people from their moving service were carring one light item (for example, empty luggage), while my wife and I were caring heavy stuff. Also, they stained several items because they were wearing dirty gloves.

I was referred by my landlord for my move in November 2023 and it was AMAZING!! From the beginning, mykail was very professional and upfront with his pricing and availability . He was very thorough and explained everything to me to make sure I understood the services. The day of the move he was on time and came prepared with his own truck and equipment. My move took a little longer than expected due to the previous movers I hired not packing up storage correctly, but Smart professional moving solutions/Queen City moving was so professional and did everything efficiently!! It was only two of them but they moved all of my belongings (I had a lot!) without any damage and they took the time to wrap my items for protection as well. I was very satisfied with my move and I would highly recommend, will use them again in the future! Thanks again guys!

I’ve hired them 5x so far. For big moves and also single item. They show up and get right to work. I wanted to wrap one of my mirrors myself and they stepped in and advised they do it as they had the proper materials and if anything should break; they’d cover it. They have a checklist for items to ensure are still working once delivered. I literally didn’t have to assist with anything except to tell them what room I wanted each piece brought into. They also took down and re-set furniture back up. Also after they finished they double checked to make sure everything electronically was working. I have referred some of my own customers to them and will definitely use them again in the future.
