After having moved 16 times including back and forth to Europe; this was certainly the move from hell. Items missing including a new ladies full length leather coat, numerous broken pieces of furniture and they mishandled and broke two very expensive antique grandfather clocks. Filed a claim and have still not heard back including the grandfather clocks which we paid to have crated by them and declared them a high value item. Find a different mover for your move. They don't care anything about customer service once they have your money.

We are more than pleased with the service we were provided. Kellie Young and Renee Krahn both helped us navigate through all of our questions and scheduling difficulties, and we very much appreciate it. The movers were also excellent. They were very helpful and professional in Charleston and when they came to our home. We have all had good and not at all good experience with movers in the past, and they surpassed our expectations. In the future, should we need movers, I will absolutely contact Smith Dray/Atlas, and I will suggest to my friends that they use them as well.
